For quality control of Toys, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also toy safety standard such as EN71, CPSIA, ASTM F963, IEC, ISO/TC 181, AS/NZS ISO 8124, SOR/2016-168, NOM-252-SSA1-2011 and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection: Workmanship check, Sharp point and sharp edge verification, Pull test on small parts, Pull test on seams, Function/performance of product, Stuff checking for the plush toy, Small parts verification, Inside metal detection test,Humidity test for the wooden toys, Working distance check for remote control toys, Frequency compatibility check for electronic toys, Impact test for electronic toys, Wobbly base check for electronic toys and so on.
