For quality control of Footwear, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also safety standards and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection: Size fitting check, Odor check, unit weight test,Sole bonding, seat piece, and sock liner adhesion, Heel flexibility, Symmetry check, Heel attachment strength (high heels), Color shading,Pull tests for components and accessories, Colorfastness check (Rub test), tape test (logos, printings, markings fastness), Waterproof test,Fasteners fatigue and zip quality test , Care labeling, Broken needle check by X ray machine,Burn test (for 100% cotton material),Seam strength and so on.
