Our QC team are composed of 5-15 years experienced and talented professionals who are energetic,empowered, engaged,and customer-oriented. We will update you inspection timing from time to time.Inspection result will be provided to you once inspection is finished and inspection report will be sent to you by email in 24 hours.

There are five services as below:
1.Factory Audit
Check comprehensive assessment of the production facilities and organization according to related standards and customer’s requirements. Verify supplier have production system,related facilities and man power to carry out orders in contracted quality within delivery time.
2.Initial Production Check (IPC)
IPC is an inspection implemented all the machinery, raw materials, materials and components to meet requirement of ordered products.
3.During Production Check (DUPRO)
This inspection is carried out when at least 30 % in quantity are completed. it performs as per AQL standard and/or special requirements stipulated by client. The advantage of this inspection is that clearly know the quality and take measures to correct discrepancy at once.
4.Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
This inspection is the most important inspection activity to ensure whole lot products to meet contracted specifications and international standards according to the standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 AQL.
5.Container Loading Check (CLC)
To ensure to load container securely with correct items and quantity in suitable method.
