For quality control of Lighting, inspector will carry out inspection based on AQL according to the inspection checklist, made out by DPH, included customer’s special requirements and approval samples, but also international regulations, safety standards, and our inspector’s extensive industry know-how.

Below main tests are to be performed during inspection: Workmanship check, Actual function performance, Working current check, Hi-pot test,Earth continuity test, Power consumption test, Remote control distance check, Power cord pull test, Safety check, Abuse test, Impact test, Wobbly base check, Stability check, Lighting source test, Loading test, tape test on logo,Installation test for lamp, Unit drop test and so on.
